Choosing the appropriate wedding officiant for your ceremony is one of the most important decisions you will have to make. Enchanted Weddings & Events of Florida works with officiants from many diverse faiths, creeds and walks of life– we’ll help you find just the right person to set the tone for your big day.

This is our ultimate package for the busy couple! We will be by your side the entire
decision-making process from selecting the perfect venue to hiring vendors, negotiating
contracts and décor planning. You can enjoy your engagement without having to worry
about all the details!

Complete Wedding & Reception Planning­

starting at $4,995

Attend face to face meetings with bride and groom.

Unlimited Email and phone consultations.

b Monthly check in call or meeting

Coordinator and one assistant for the ceremony and reception

Provide bride with a 6mos to do list for reference

Attend Vendor meetings and walkthrough appointments

Negotiate and book vendor contracts

Assist with Budgeting

Provide preferred vendor list

Assist & review client vendor contracts

Assist with décor, theme, and color selection

Assist with hotel room block for guests

Create a timeline for ceremony & reception.

Assist with seating chart assignment and Escort Cards

Create a floor plan

Contact all vendors prior to the reception to ensure they are familiar with the

        timeline, floor plan and responsibilities.

Accept vendor deliveries (cater, cake, rentals etc.)

ï‚· Provide instructions to vendors as needed.

ï‚· Ensure complete setup of décor, linens, centerpieces, favors etc. (We do not arrange or assemble loose florals)

Décor items in our inventory included for your use. (Card box, cake stand, cake knife, easels, table numbers,                      votives etc.)

Coordinate timeline with vendors for the flow of the reception.

Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors.

Organize Late Night Cleanup -First in Last to leave!

“Partial Planning & Coordination” is perfect for couples that want to be involved but need extra
support. We start working with you immediately upon booking. We offer guidance with your vendor
selection, timeline etc. this package allows for more one on one time and lots of perks!  Ensuring every
detail is covered, right up to your special day!

“Wedding Day Management” We start working with you two months  from your wedding date to tie
up loose ends and finalize your details. Then you will have our professionals to coordinate your plan
and vision for wedding day. We will ensure everything runs smoothly and unfolds seamlessly on your special day.

ï‚· Attend one face to face meeting or venue walkthrough.
ï‚· Meet prior to wedding day to receive items for reception décor if needed.
ï‚· Create Timeline
ï‚· Client to create vendor contact list. (Worksheet provided by Coordinator)
ï‚· Contact all vendors prior to the event to ensure they are familiar with the timeline, floor plan and                  responsibilities.
ï‚· Accept Vendor deliveries from (cater, cake, all rentals etc.)
ï‚· Issue Management, Our team will handle any unexpected issues on site
